Colbrow Homecare provides you with in-home care plans and services should you wish to remain in the home after surgery or hospitalisation, or as you age. Our personalised services let you retain a sense of freedom, familiarity and independence, letting you heal the way that you choose and letting you live the way that you want.
We understand that for you and for your family, healthcare services should be nothing short of exceptional. At Colbrow, we have a proven track record in the provision of home nursing care, bringing peace of mind to loved ones and delivering the highest level of care to our clients. Ours is a culture of taking the concept of family by heart and this translates to a company with staff that exhibit the same values when they are working with you.
We provide support services from a one-hour respite to 24-hour home nursing care. As everyone is different, we conduct a comprehensive in-home consultation (subject to terms and conditions) which allows us to identify patient needs and tailor a suitable homecare plan.
- Palliative Care / Cancer Care
- Palliative care focuses on alleviating suffering for terminally ill patients, improving the quality of their remaining life and addressing the needs of both the patients and their families.
- Post-operative Care
- Receive superior medical care in the home following surgery or hospitalisation.
- Support for New Mothers
- Support for women following birth, including post-surgery recovery, wound care, newborn care, and lactation consultation (breastfeeding assistance).
- Aged Care
- Providing a real option to residential aged care, we can assist the elderly from low care all the way to 24-hour live in care. Services offered include medical care, socialisation, grooming, personal assistance and help around the home.
- Dementia Care
- People living with dementia need specialised care and our dementia care nurses can provide services that help patients have the best quality of life. They are trained to help keep patients safe in their environment and keep them mentally stimulated and socialised. Our nurses are also trained to deal with the changing behaviours symptomatic of dementia.
- Personal Care
- Assistance in personal hygiene, bathing or grooming can provided by our Home Care staff with an emphasis on privacy, respect and maintaining patient dignity.
- Respite for Carers
- Our nurses can provide respite for family members or friends who are acting as primary care giver to a patient, allowing them a break from caring for a loved one.
- Help Around the Home
- We can provide assistance in performing domestic chores such as shopping, paying bills, light house cleaning, laundry and gardening.
